Third trimester blood pressure and swelling

Hi Ladies. I’m currently 30 weeks with di di twin girls. I’ve had a very smooth pregnancy thus far. This past week I began having Braxton Hicks contractions and the swelling in my right foot has gotten pretty intense. I am monitoring my blood pressure at home which to this point has been fine but it is slowly creeping up into higher numbers. It is currently sitting in the 133/83 range. I’m concerned about developing preeclampsia and wondering when I need to start getting concerned? I have been drinking a TON of water. My pee is clear, no protein has been detected in any of my appointments yet. My doctor said he is not concerned with
the blood pressure just yet. I have an appointment on Tuesday. Should I go into labor and delivery for monitoring or do you think I’m ok to wait until my appointment to talk about this with my OB? Thanks!
