Coffee guilt??

Question

Any of you ladies drink more than 1 cup of coffee a day? I have one every morning. The "large" size on my Keurig. And usually thats it but ouf im drinking my second one right now because i just cannot keep my eyes open 😂 my daughter woke up at 5am today, on top of being tired from pregnancy im dyin today! I wont lie though this coffee is absolutely heavenly right now ☕

I'm a teacher who adjuncts, those late nights I indulge in a soda. I never go over the 200mg but these twins take a lot out of me.

Yes me I do. However I did post this same thing about two months ago then got comments on how I’m making my baby high on caffeine and is that the type of mother I am..... so watch out for the haters we got your back it’s fine!! 😊😊☕️

I normally have 2 cups a day. Sometimes 3. Definitely don’t feel guilty about having a second cup 😊

I always have two cups a day. Did with my first and now this one too. If I need the flavor or a kick in the pants I’ll do a cup of decaf in the afternoon too but between 6-10 am I have two cups of regular coffee. 
I just make sure to drink water regularly to flush out caffeine at a regular pace rather than only drinking the coffee and my body hanging onto it (that’s how I rationalize it in my head but I have no science behind that theory 😂)

Somedays I have 1 cup in the morning sometimes 2 because it just tastes so good. Then once in awhile I will also have an afternoon coffee to get through the rest of the day. Try not to feel guilty and enjoy your second cup!

Yes I do my 2 year old wakes at 4am every morning I need coffee 🤣
