Anyone else experience a delay in milk coming in?

I'm not necessarily looking for advice just hoping to maybe see if anyone else has had this problem. I have 2 other kids and didnt have this problem my milk came in a couple days after birth but i just had my 3rd baby 9 days ago and my milk has not wanted to come in I've been producing only colostrum. I've spoken to lactation consultants and I've been doing everything in my power to increase the amount of colostrum i have and I've successfully been upping the amount slowly over the last several days but still not enough to feed my baby without supplementing. I think my milk might slowly be trying to come in now as my supply is still increasing and it is slowly starting to look a little less gold but I'm just so confused as to why this has happened this time I went yesterday to have my thyroid and prolactin checked to see if they are a factor but has anyone else had this problem? Were you finally able to get a full milk supply and breast feed your baby or did your milk never come in?
