TTC tips??

My period just ended yesterday and TTC this cycle, what are some of your best tips and tricks?? I do have ovulation test strips coming in the mail this week!

Look up the “sperm meets egg plan” I think it really helped me get pregnant. We also used preseed lube. The opks will really help. Good luck!!

literally just relax and stop trying. i think the body senses the anxiety from trying. Also after sex lay down and put your legs ups against the wall or your headboard or something!m for like 5-10 mins. sounds crazy but after trying for years both these things worked for me or so i think because i was pregnant

Have sex every other day and you won’t miss your window. Sperm can live up to 5 days in your vagina/uterus just waiting for an egg. We had sex the two days prior to ovulation but not on ovulation day (long friggin day and we were too tired), but I’m 9 weeks along now.
