29 weeks terrified and unprepared

So I'll be 30 weeks on Tuesday and this baby was planned, we tried for around 9 months before falling pregnant. I feel absolutely terrified about the birth, being a mom, how we will cope financially. I am so awkward around babies, I never really grew up around babies so have no real experience. I find it awkward holding my niece and she is now 1 year old. I don't talk to my bump, I feel embarrassed when people point it out and say how big I've gotten. I'm so worried about how I will cope and how it will affect my marriage. It was all I wanted to be pregnant and now it's happening I'm not ready at all
