Confused?

I am pretty sure I ovulated 7-9 days ago, based on listening to my body (CM) and the glow app. The last two days I was a little wetter than usual. Today, I had like a (sorry, TMI) gush of water come out of me .. like literally wet my leggings - and it was NOT pee. I thought that was very odd. So I peed on an HCG and LH test. Looks like I’m clearly ovulating which I’m surprised to see. Or could this possibly be an early sign of pregnancy, but too soon to show on HCG?
