Yeast infection or just discharge

I don’t have a picture but for the last 2 days when i shower and clean just the opening of my vagina i see what i think is white like pieces of discharge on my rag, i have no odor or any clumpy discharge on my panties but when i use the bathroom at work and i wipe i afterwards get a dry burning sensation. I don’t use any soap down there only my inner and outer lips (and the soap is all natural or no fragrance) could it be a yeast infection just starting or something else ? Ps i only had one my entire life due to antibiotics and my ob caught it right when it started so I’m kinda new about yeast infections and know very little
