Skin care for bumps?

So girls... My face has a TON of small little bumps that make my face feel rough and smooth at the same time. It's not acne, pimples or blackheads, because they aren't red or black, but they are the same color as my skin.. Any suggestions on what they are and what can/could help? ❤️❤️

Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser- 7 fl oz
A face wash with salicylic acid or a gentle exfoliant might do the trick. Give it a few weeks and see how it goes. If it doesn’t improve, I’d ask a dermatologist cuz they would know best 👍🏻 i use the neutrogena deep clean cleanser and it’s got salicylic acid but is fairly gentle compared to some other washes I know of
