What’s wrong here?

I’ve got this painful lump in my groin area and have no idea what it is. It’s hard and painful and less than the size of a dime. 
Lab work is completely normal, had a pap that was normal, am in a monogamous relationship (don’t even start with saying he’s cheating...). Not really any other symptoms except a lot of discharge but it’s normal looking, doesn’t smell weird and I am ovulating so I think it’s normal. 
This is where it is.

Ingrown hair or a cyst. The worst place you can get them, in my opinion. I have had them a few times. The first one I had I squeezed it and I do NOT recommend that unless you want to be curled up in a ball crying 😅

It’s probably an ingrown/ pimple, they hurt like a BITCH I’ve gotten tons of them, take a long hot shower and then try to squeeze it, you should be able to pop it

I had a swollen lymph node on the left side of my mons pubis: I don’t know if you’re experiencing the same thing but definitely go to your doc or urgent care 👍🏽

I think I have the same exact thing. In the same spot too it seems, which is odd. I've had it since September and it gets bigger and smaller over the course of the month, never bigger than the size of a nickel

Maybe it a kidney stone trying to pass.... that you urethra u circled? And it could be a stone...
