Neither. God’s kingdom is right here right now. Heaven is going to be similar to Earth just no sin whatsoever. It’s going to be a perfect world that we could never imagine

A few different things according to orthodox. One: the reign of Christ. This being in heaven and will be on earth. Two: the effects of this reign. For example, the kingdom of heaven is meant in the way of poverty being eliminated, sickness being dealt with, and so on. It seems to be both a noun and an effect.
