Kidney issues

If you have kidney issues what are your symptoms?

I have

Fluctuations in blood pressure

Flashes of light in vision

Migraines

Extremely tired

Occasional flank pain

Heart palpitations

Nausea

Shortness of breath

I had Hydronephrosis when I was pregnant and I just had an ultrasound done on my kidneys yesterday and I’m waitin for the results. They’ve done multiple health work ups and nothing else is showing up on my test results ( EKG, CBC, Lung xrays were all normal) I’m hoping this kidney test comes back with something on it because I’m struggling so bad. Does anyone have these symptoms and have kidney issues? Or have hydronephrosis and have these symptoms? Just wanted to add that I’m not pregnant so that’s not why all of this is happening.
