Should I still fast when I’m sick?
I’m doing a 30 hour famine soon to raise awareness to world hunger. I’ve been committed to this for over a month but I just got sick and I feel bad for not doing it. It’s only a cold but I need energy to heal and fasting doesn’t provide energy. Is it a good idea to do it or not? It’s in three days!
