1 week postpartum cramping
so i’m having these cramps. they feel kind of like period cramps/mini contractions. i had my twins a week ago, so i’m still bleeding a little bit. but, they gave me 600mg ibuprofen to take at home and it hasn’t been helping yesterday or today. anything i can do to lighten the pain of these cramps?
