TTC and coffee. How much is exactly 1 cup?

Is coffee technically 8oz, 12 oz, 16 oz, or should I just give up caffeine all together? I love coffee. Any other substitutes?

I didn’t give up coffee, but I did make sure i watched my caffeine closely. They say not to exceed 200mg a day. I got coffee or drinks that would say the amount. I think it’s best to even not to go past 175mg because I’ve read that 200mg can be a grey area.

I drank a lot of coffee ttc and limit it to two cups during pregnancy, which is about 10 oz each.

You can still drink coffee... it shouldn’t be an issue. You could always drink tea as an alternative but coffee shouldn’t be an issue.
