Regret having my daughter

So this is not something I am sure what to do with. My daughter is 19 months old and I have had feelings of regret off and on since she was born. I had severe PPD when I had her and have been on meds since she was 1 week old. I had the dosage upped at 6 months because those feelings were coming back again. I recently told my husband about how I felt and it's causing a lot of issues. He says I can't be a good mom because I won't be full invested in her life and he isn't sure that he will stay with me if these feelings don't go away. Has anyone felt this way before and conquered them?
