Serious question

I take my daughter 14 month old to a Home daycare she’s been going for about 6 months I feel like I trust the lady there. But recently I’ve been having senses that something may be going on. She keeps having diaper rashes ...she has been on antibiotics for an ear infection and I know that it’s common from that. But I thought maybe it was the cheap ass diapers I was getting so I started bringing Huggies. And now everytime I go to chabge her she is holding her legs together TIGHT! Like I can barely spread her legs to wipe her because she clenching her checks and holding her legs together super tight ...is that a reason for concern... is that normal ??? she was doing that when she didn’t have diaper rash too. I’m scared. Like how would I know if something was being done to her the lady seems super friendly and even keeps her own grand kids but now a days you can’t trust NOBODY. Maybe I’m overreacting but then again idk. Her vaginal area is red I don’t know if it’s from a new diaper rash or maybe from someone touching her inappropriately. I’m a new mom so I feel like I’m freaking out about nothing but seriously how would I know if something was being done to her? The home daycare doesn’t have cameras so I can’t watch her constantly and nothing in her everyday behavior has changed but would it at this age ??? Idk I feel like I’m tripping but then again maybe not please anyone your advice is very much appreciated.
