What do you do for anxiety? I have bad bad anxiety my kids dad wants to leave me and I can’t stop him I tried I begged I cried idk what to do I’m losing my job due to this due to the anxiety please help me... we been together 4 years how do you move on from that now do you pick up the pieces he’s my only friend and the only person I have 😭 I lied to him it’s my fault he caught me on Facebook when we would agree to stay off social media pretty much jus focus on us and the kids but I got on and he caught it while I was sleeping but I didn’t do anything wrong on it jus vented really that’s my only way of talking to people I don’t have friends jus associates on there what do I do
