Wanna try flex cup?

Hey I’ve been researching cups and I think I’m going to try flex, does the ring/stem thing hang out like a tampon string? Or is it all inside and that’s just a good grip?? Help y’all 😩

It’s inside but it’s like right there when you reach for it. I switched a few months ago and I will never go back. Having to change my tampon every time I go to the bathroom bc the string gets wet or bc I filled a tampon on a heavy day. Or even just those awful days before and after the cycle that you just don’t want to spot and ruin underwear so you are pulling out dry tampons 😖😖😖😖 cringe... I put the cup in in the morning and take it out at night. i Just dump it and rinse it out with warm water and mild soap if needed. I’ve never gotten blood on me taking it out, I’ve never had it come out, and I almost never feel it once it’s in place including the “string”/loop part.
