Period heavier than normal
So I have a lot of irregular bleeding on the birth control shot and I gotta say I barely drink any water. Lately I’ve been trying to drink more. I notice that the more water I drink I bleed more. I thought drinking water was gonna help with that but i guess not. Is this normal?
