6 week follow up apt, what to expect?!

My 6wk apt is tomorrow, post a c/s. I was just curious what happens at this apt? Do they do a vaginal exam, and even rectal I read? 😳 I hope not.

Mine checked my incision but I was due for a pap so she threw that in.

For me we discussed concerns, depression screener, birth control, she did a breast exam, checked my lungs, heart, thyroid, and incision. Pushed to feel my uterus and because I labored (emergency c section) did a vaginal exam to check my cervix.

I was just asked if I wanted birth control, how I was feeling, how baby was doing. She felt my uterus and that was it. No vaginal etc. 
I'm sure it's different in different places.
