Deja Vu

Hey all, so the craziest thing is going on with my husband and I know some may not believe in this stuff so if you don't and have something negative to say then please feel free to keep scrolling.. to those of you who understand and believe please help with some advice.. so yesterday evening my husband took both kids so they can all go and get a hair cut. Everything was going how it normally does, my husband was talking to the oldest and all of a sudden the youngest in the back seat says his stomach hurts, and threw up. My husband pulls into a parking lot which coinsidentely happened to be a place him and his friend were talking about a few days prior. My husband then walks into a store where his ears begin to ring and says he heard a strange noise. He turned the corner and saw a lady standing at the counter. He freaked her out by how he reacted when he saw her. He says he's seen her before, but in his dream. Mind you he's never been to this location before. He gets home and is freaking out. All night with certain situations he would freak the heck out and start sweating uncontrollably, crying saying he's going crazy because he's lived this day. We watched the news something that doesn't get replayed, and he told us what part he saw in his dream and it happened.. we were watching another show and a song comes on and he trips again because he starts to remember it. He will legit start to have a panic attack. Heavy breathing, sweating. We woke up this morning and he seemed fine then all of a sudden he says it starts happening. I could see it in his eyes and how he reacted and I totally believe in this stuff. What does it mean when someone has deja Vu like this? Is there anything I can do to help?
