Self conscious about flabby bump...

So I'm 20 weeks and I don't look pregnant at all just more chubby! I have a stomach apron so worried I won't have a nice round bump just a load of flab! Also petrified of not being able to lose the baby weight as I really struggle to lose weigh as it is! Does anybody else have a flabby bump and feel confident? I would love to get mine painted at my baby shower but don't want that overhang showing 😭
