Random OPK question?

Hey ladies,

I started testing with opk’s at a fairly random point in my cycle. I have PCOS and I truly wanted to start daily tracking what my body was doing to see when I ovulate. I know with PCOS it can be later in a cycle. I’m three months into coming off birth control, so I know my body is still adjusting a bit. My first day of testing would have been deemed CD19, and on this day my LH was a 0.75. However, almost every day since I’ve gotten a 0.25-0.45. Does this mean I was coming down from ovulation in the day or two days prior?

We baby danced regardless, I’m just racking my brain as I have had nothing but negative tests and AF is due in four days if my body follows my cycle.
