Secondary Infertility is overrated

I am a mom to a 9 year old boy who is absolutely my world. Rewinding back to 2011, my son was super easy to conceive! First time trying and got pregnant my first shot! My sons father and I got married and I got super sick ! I had a tumour in my left ovary which unfortunately they needed to do surgery which consisted of my left ovary being removed, my left lymph nodes and my left Fallopian tube. I had that removed and a week later I was back in the hospital with a bowel obstruction from complications from my ovary removal. I ended up having open emergency surgery. 6 months passed and I ended up back in the hospital with another bowel obstruction and emergency surgery !!! So fast forward a year or two and my at the time husband decided to try for another baby , I am completely healthy ... so no problems getting pregnant but the pregnancy didn’t last and miscarried at 5 weeks we tried again a few months later bam baby ... then I had another early miscarriage ! After that my marriage turned south he met someone else we got divorced ... then ! I met the love of my life my soulmate and we are at the point of trying for a family of our own so I guess that’s where I am at now. I am 29 years old, I have no issues with my ovary , my uterus is perfect, and I can conceive ... so what is the problem?

We have been trying and we now have had 3 early miscarriages .. I can’t make it past 6 weeks. I see a regional fertility clinic , all my blood work is fine I got put on clomid for not ovulating regularly but other than that they have no explanation to why I can not carry out a pregnancy. It’s at the point of frustration, they say my only option is Ivf with genetic testing but also not ready to drop 20,000 on that gamble. I started fertility acupuncture. But other than that I have no idea why this is happening?

I guess I just hope that if I keep trying one will stay. Trying to remain positive 🙌
