Anyone with low AMH levels conceive naturally/ with medication?

Question

I've just seen my AMH levels are really low, I have the levels of a woman 10 years my senior.
We have an appointment with the doctor during the week but I wanted to hear any success stories because my mind is making me believe we'll never have kids.

Hi, in January 2016 after a year of ttc, tracking ovulation etc. I received the heartbreaking news that my amh was low, and that I was premenopausal at the tender age of 31! We were advised IVF was our best option. We decided against treatment, and to see what happens. For the past four years, not trying or preventing (apart from a few months of tracking summer 2019) And pricing up IVF. We had done exactly that. Although I did read “It starts with the egg”and slowly changed things around the home, the products I used, subtle lifestyle changes really. 
Well I can’t tell you, how or what really made the difference, but as of last week, I am pregnant! 36 and pregnant naturally 🥰
