Unhealthy?
Right. So I’m 16 am abt 198-200lbs and around 6’2.
Abt a year ago I went from abt 175 to 200 in a matter of like three months without changing eating habits or nothin, and haven’t lost or gained much since.
Recently I’m tryin to eat healthier and such an after I’ve adjusted to my new job I’m gonna start exercising hopefully.
But I’m just not happy with myself and I feel like I’m lacking so much energy that I should have at this age like everyone is telling me. Ik I’m overweight, but I can’t seem to lose weight and I’m constantly tired.
Any suggestions for stuff that could help with this?
