Bleeding during "ovulation" while on the IUD?

My last day of my last period was like a week ago. According to Glow, I was supposed to be ovulating yesterday. (Do you even ovulate on the IUD?) The day before it I started bleeding again with heavy ass cramps. I've been on the IUD since November and haven't cramped this bad since November or December. I haven't been bleeding all that heavy at all since I got on the IUD as well. But this is a first time that I've had this with any birth control I've been on.

Two days before my period thing, I had sex with my partner and, with poor communication, he didn't pull out in time. It made me really upset and stressed out (I have tokophobia). The day I started my period, I was robbed over half a grand and was shaking with rage. Is it possible that this is just a stress period? Is there anyway I could be pregnant? I still plan on testing to make sure- just having a hard time getting to the store and everything. (I'm under a LOT of stress lately with way more than the two I listed.) I also realize if I am pregnant it wouldn't show up this early but I'm scared. And while the period is not normal and painful it is slightly comforting for my tokophobia but I also worry it means nothing. x.x

I feel like I wanna die. :'(
