Should I be concerned about her skull shape?

I’ve been noticing her skull is looking oddly shaped. Almost cone like. Im not sure if I’m describing it right. She also still has an indent at the top of her head as marked by the arrow in the picture. I don’t notice it as much when her hair is dry but I can feel it. Should I be concerned there’s something going on? Or is she’s still just growing still growing in that way?
