I just recently started back up working out.

I have a bad habit of not counting or timing my reps. I just go until it hurts. Is this ok to do or do I need to keep track?

Also, I’m struggling with my downward dog. Any tips are helpful! Maybe I can get a picture so you guys have a better idea on what I can do to improve.
