What’s the best way to lose midsection weight? I’m pretty happy with the weight i’ve lost from my legs and chest/arms but my stomach just wont budge. It’s making me look box shaped, and i get super bloated as soon as i eat so that makes it look even worse.

Most of my exercise is weight training 3-4 times a week, i do short cardio for warm up and also try to incorporate at least 30min of cardio once a week. Should i be doing more of that? I eat pretty healthy too and at a caloric deficit (most of the time lol). Weight training is important to me and i want to gain muscle so i dont want to replace too much of that with other exercises.
