Doctor prescribed me some for morning sickness, when am I suppose to take them? How does it work? It says take a night?

unisom is a sleep aid so not sure what about it helps with nausea but it does help and that’s why it’s best to take it at night being pregnant idk about you but i already get so tired during the day so if i took that id be outttt lmao

I took bonjesta which is a mixture of unisom and b6 helps with morning sickness. Take it at bedtime about an hour before you go to bed. It helped me a ton.
