Early ultrasounds

Hey ladies. I get doctors don’t do ultrasounds really early usually well I have aps it’s a blood clotting disorder and I’ve had 5 losses, I take two blood thinner shots a day. My last pregnancy I got an ultrasound at 5 weeks and also at 6 weeks I lost it at 6 weeks four days well right now I’m 5 weeks and my OB wants me to wait until 8 weeks.. I understand that’s normal but I’m so stressed and worried I don’t know if I can wait to know if everything is looking okay. Should I just ask my doctor if it’s okay if I get one sooner like 7 weeks or is that too much? My friend has aps as well but goes to a different doctor but she’s gets ultrasounds a lot.
