Low sex drive, or is it him?

So these past couple months I’ve been very stingy with my kitty, not for any particular reason I know of it’s just I’m not in the mood, I was sexually assaulted for 11-12 years and sometimes sexual actions are no good for me or they trigger issues I’ve had, I feel guilty for not being able to please him, or let him please me I don’t know what to do, I need some advice ♥️🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🥰

Honestly I’ve been in this situation myself after a traumatic experience and you do things like that because you were put in a position in the past where you weren’t in control, so we say no or we’re not in the mood etc because we want to feel in control and that’s completely normal after experiencing something so traumatic. I’ve found talking to a counsellor or someone you trust about it does help a lot, you will slowly heal from this I know it’s hard but you are stronger than you think and maybe try to talk about it with your partner and be open with him I found that helped with me but everyone is different so do what’s best for you. Stay strong beautiful and you are a very strong woman you will get through this, if you ever need to talk you can always send me a message ❤️

Dont feel bad. He should be understanding, accomidating even-he should be asking you if you need anything. ESPECIALLY for the nookie. 
If all he gotta do is comfort you for some good good? The he should. 
Maybe try to do some self work on healing those scars, but only if you feel you want to for you. Dont do it for anyone elses needs but your own.
