Trouble getting all the way there

Ok so I have had issues ever since my son was born two years ago. Maybe before that but it’s definitely gotten worse since. Whenever I’m getting close to orgasming— esp from manual stimulation to my clitoris— it’s like that whole area shuts down and cramps up and becomes overly sensitive/painful to the touch. I am really hoping y’all can give me some advice. I can give more background on my sexual history if need be.
