How to Spot Counterfeit Makeup
Be careful where you buy make up on sale. I knew it was too good to be true that someone was selling an unopened bottle of my fave concealer for $10.99 instead of the $32 I usually pay. They've been reported, but I guess if it sounds to good to be true it probably is lol. This is a counterfeit. The counterfeit (left) was a dead giveaway with it's smaller lid, smaller bottle, home printed bottom label and the way the liquid comes out all over the applicator, but the biggest giveaway was the strong fragrance. The real version of this concealer which I bought at Ulta (right) is fragrance free, and has a mechanism in the bottle to prevent the concealer from coming out all over the doe-foot applicator.
