Infant Sleep?
So I keep reading that babies 1-3 months should only be awake 45-60 min before going back to sleep. My son is almost 2 months and he doesn’t sleep that often. We wake up two , on rare occasion, 3 times at night and only long enough to eat and get a clean diaper (9pm-7am is the typical time we sleep.) once we get up at 7 am he could be awake from anywhere between an hour to 3 hours before I can actually get him to sleep. Should I be trying harder to get him to take naps every hour during the day? Is it bad for his development to be awake that much? Or is it ok since he sleeps so well at night?
