Thoughts please

My son's school in UK have arranged a trip for tomorrow to an old people home children will spend 2-3 hours there singing and interacting with the residents. I think with this virus going around that it's a stupid idea letting this trip go ahead. My son is only 5 and has respiratory problems and I don't won't him to go but the trouble is if I don't let him go he's still going to back in class next day with everyone that has been what do I do 😔
