I’m struggling guys.....

So basically I began my healthy eating and working out the beginning of the year. So far I’ve lost 10 lbs. I’m proud of myself but here lately I’ve been slipping and “rewarding” myself too often. I’ve also struggled to keep up with workout and hold myself accountable and make myself do it. Here the past few weeks I’ve only managed to workout 2 times a week for 30 minutes a time. When my husband is off from Friday-Sunday I DEFINITELY struggle to make myself eat well. Idk I don’t want to give up because I’m making progress but

I’m losing my motivation. I feel bad because I’ve made it more about keeping my calories at a certain level but not eating the right food like I had been doing. Is anyone else struggling? I just feel like I’m failing. 😩
