Praying for my own mental health.

I'm contacting my ex today to ask him to sign his rights away. There's a history of abuse and my almost 4 year old child has no idea who he is. Every single time we communicate it's always some demeaning manor and him telling me what a terrible mom I am because I don't kiss his butt or let him walk all over anymore. He tries to convince me and everyone that his lies are actually the truth and it doesn't matter how much proof I have because he's set in his ways.
