Guilty gaining weight

I was 250lbs in 2015 and lost 50lbs between then and May 2019. Then I went into turbo mode and lost another 50lbs from May ‘19 to Jan 1st 2020. I got a bit lax (food wise, I still workout everyday) and gained back 10lbs since then. I know I’m gunna gain weight and I’m 💯 fine with this, I’m focused on growing a body not losing one. However, everytime I step on the scale or my clothes fit different I get upset at the number going up and then upset that I’m upset over such a stupid thing. Some kind encouragement please 🥰
