Barely pregnant

So I’m barely pregnant..... like 4w3d.

I have no symptoms other then light cramping that last maybe 3 seconds off an on during the day. My boobs are sore off and on also. I pee a lot, and am so tired.

I was told by someone that since I have no symptoms I’ll probably end up with a miscarriage. And I’m freaking out. Because we have been trying for 3 years for this baby. 😭😭☹️

Is this normal?

My HGC is in the 200’s when I had blood work yesterday. Maybe it’s not high enough for symptoms to be strong yet?
