Emotional toddler.

So my 2 and a half year old has been really emotional lately. She’s not having tantrums or anything. She’ll just be watching tv or playing and start crying. If I ask her in she’s ok or snuggle her it makes it 10 times worse. I still comfort her until it passes. She’ll stop what she’s doing and ask or hold my hand or for hugs which is definitely not normal for my big. I ask her if she’s hurt or sick she says no she’s sad. Any other emotional toddlers? There hasn’t been any changes around the house. I honestly don’t know why she’s sad and it breaks my heart.
