Balance bike for newly 2 yo

Too young? 
Recommendations for a bike that fits smaller kids?

Definitely not too young.  It took a little bit for my kid to get used to it but he's 3 now and loves it! He could ride it well before 3 but can't recall exactly how old he was. I think it was when he was tall to reach the ground with flat feet with the seat all the way down. People frequently ask if it's electric because he goes so fast now lol He really loves to hit hills too. I highly recommend a helmet once they get a hang of it.

I can’t find the one we got out 2 year old so I just threw the link to any bike on here. We paid 15$ for one at Walmart and believe that the lower priced the bike is the better. There is no telling whether yours will like a balance bike or not. My daughter loves here, but my niece that’s the same age prefers a trike. Spend as little as possible to try it out and spend more if they love it. Our 15$ bike is just fine though. She loves it and uses it almost every day.
