HELP!!! I'M FREAKING OUT!!

I'm 19 and was diagnosed with pcos a few yrs ago. I don't really get periods and if I do it's more like spotting every 3-4 months. About 8 days ago a super heavy period with tons of blood clots came out of nowhere. I've had to change my pad every 2hrs for the past 7 days. At first I thought it was fine because I don't have any pain but I literally felt this come out of me 5 minutes ago and I'm freaking out. It can't be a miscarriage cos I'm a virgin. What should I do??? I would really appreciate some help x
