All doctors/nurses: what does this mean?

Screening for chlamydial disease (ICD-10 - Z11.8)
I got my very first Pap smear last week, my doctors won’t do them unless you are 21. They said I would get results soon but I havnt received a call about anything. I was tested Tuesday. 
They did post a summary and it included that, so I’m a bit concerned.

Just call the office and ask them to explain the results

ICD is just a billing code, it’s not any kind of test result. Chlamydia is usually part of the standard pap screening. 
The previous OB/gyn I used to go to, never called with test results, he would just have them mailed to my address. Generally speaking, “no news, is good news” ☺️

Depending on how backed up the pathology lab is it can take 7 to 10 days to get results back.
