Is she going to need preemie clothing?

Okay so I’m currently 34w 3d and my doctor is saying I could have her any time now between now and 37 weeks. But if I don’t have her early then they will take her at 37 weeks and no later. Does this mean she will be in preemie clothing and diapers? Should I go ahead and buy some stuff just in case?

Depends on the size of your baby. I would pack a preemie and newborn outfit just in case and keep the preemie outfit receipt in case you need to return it.

My babe was born at 36w4d! Thankfully perfectly healthy but weighed 4lbs5oz! She was in preemie clothes and diapers for over  1 month. Hospital should hopefully provide the diapers but I would buy a pack and a preemie onesie! Good luck!!

I'd just get like 1 or 2 outfits and a small pack of premie diapers(our hospital provides babies 1st pack of diapers so you may not even have to buy) but  babies grow so fast I wouldn't buy a lot. Newborn should be fine if its 35+ weeks when shes born. Babies are about 6lbs or more around that time

If u deliver around 37 weeks u can buy newborn ... not preemie .
