Sjorens syndrome while pregnant

Anyone have sjorens syndrome? I was just diagnosed and am pregnant my ob seems pretty concerned. Just wondering the outcome and if you are high risk during your pregnancy. I’ve had a stillbirth previously so I am pretty freaked out about it.
