Reporting therapist

Hoping to get some advice. I know a therapist/counselor who shares her clients information. No names or addresses have been shared but she has shown me pictures of clients and also frequently shares details of their sessions. Where can I report this and will it do anything? I'm in the US and she is not licensed (which isn't required where we live)

IT IS LEGAL for her to counsel unlicensed. She still went through the process and training needed to be able to legally counsel. She is still held to confidentiality laws.
