Advice on sex...?

So my bf and I hang out every friday, bc we have school and dont live with each other, and when we are alone we always seem to have sex nomatter how hard we try to stop.... we always say we are going on a break but it just seems to always happen again....... last friday me and him agreed to no sex and we did other things but we just couldnt help it.... do u have any advice on how to help our sex drives bc we really fuck to much.....please dont hate thank you😊
