Changes in the body or pregnant ?!?

I don’t really know if my body is going threw some changes or not and I’m not really trying for a baby right now. I had unprotected sex a day before ovulation and two days after well anyways I’ve been having some slight nipple pain and itchiness and I’ve never had that happen before normally when I go to start my period my whole boob hurts and not just the nipple it’s self, I’m not supposed to start for 2 more days but I’m kinda nervous to what it could be! Also is there anything I could do to stop the itchiness?
